The Orange County (FL) Alumnae Chapter (OCAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was chartered on May 28, 1983. With a desire to revitalize Delta’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust, the women of the Orange County (FL) Alumnae Chapter (OCAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority use their organizational skills and education to enhance the civic and social development of the residents within Orange and Osceola counties.
Since its inception, OCAC has remained committed to stellar service and delivery of award-winning public service programming that has resulted in more than $155,000 in awarded scholarships to graduating students, programming that services at-risk youth, programming enabling community members to have access to tools and services that will provide them with financial freedom, along with resources to improve their physical and mental health. Social ACTion is at the core of what we do, it is WHO we are.

Founders Day Observance
Join us on February 15, 2025, as we honor our legacy and celebrate 112 years of Scholarship, Sisterhood, Service, and Social Action during our Founders Day Observance! This special occasion will feature Elsie Cooke Holmes, International President and Chair, Board of Directors of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., as the keynote speaker.
The day will begin with a Rededication Ceremony from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. only. The Founders Day Observance and Lunch Program will follow from noon to 2:00 p.m., offering an opportunity to reflect on our rich history, celebrate our achievements, and be inspired for the future.
